Service Area and Fees
RVRDY Inspection and Repair is based in Riverside, CA, and provides mobile
services to the surrounding area, San Bernardino, Temecula, and the Orange County
areas.
Service Call Fee: We charge a $125 fee for calls within 100 mile round trip of
our base. For locations beyond 100 miles, an additional charge of $1.40 per mile
(round trip) is applied, calculated using Google Maps.
Multiple Clients: If we service two or more clients at the same RV park during
the same trip, each client is still responsible for an individual Service Call fee.
Emergency Services: For urgent issues requiring rapid resolution—such as
problems with awnings, slides, or leveling systems—we offer a 24-hour priority
response for a $300 fee, provided we are available.
Labor Rates and Billing
Our goal is to provide high-quality, roadworthy solutions for your vehicle.
Standard Shop Rate: We charge $160 per hour (with a one-hour minimum) for
an RVTAA Registered Technician. Most repair, maintenance, and inspection
tasks are quoted on a per-job basis.
Warranty Labor Rate: For factory or extended warranty work, the labor rate is
$215 per hour. These jobs are handled on a case-by-case basis and may
require the client to pay upfront for reimbursement later.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, zelle and debit or credit cards.
Detailed Invoicing: Your billing receipt from RVRDY Inspection and Repair will
clearly outline the Complaint (the problem), the Cause (the diagnosis), and the
Correction (the fix), along with parts costs and warranty details. We maintain a
service history for all clients for future reference.
Service Procedures and Communication
To help RVRDY Inspection and Repair resolve your issue efficiently, please provide as
much detail as possible through our Contact Form.
Appliance Repairs: Because RV configurations change frequently, please
provide the model and serial number (or a photo of the data plate) for any
appliance requiring service to assist in troubleshooting.
Phone Inquiries: You can reach us at (951) 556-5060. If we are unavailable,
please leave a voicemail with your name, number, the issue, and the latest time
we can return your call or text.
Return Visits: If a second visit is required because a specific part was not in our
mobile inventory, a $25 Return Call fee will be assessed, and a $50 Return fee if
returning a different day to finish the part install.
Warranty Information
Workmanship: We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty, provided you
remain at the original service location and within our service area, and no other
technician has been onsite and done any repairs after (RVDRY). This covers
leaks or failures resulting directly from our labor, but does not cover mechanical
failures of the parts themselves.
Parts: We recommend purchasing parts through us to ensure they are sourced
from trusted RV industry distributors who stand behind the manufacturer’s
warranty. While we may install parts you provide on a case-by-case basis,
owner-sourced parts carry no warranty.
